Our parish is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and energetic leader to guide our youth ministry programs for grades 6–12. The Coordinator of Youth Ministry works closely with the Director of Christian Formation in our Whole Community Christian Formation Program in the planning, recruiting of volunteers, training catechists, and teaching formation when necessary.  This position requires a flexible person with a positive attitude.  The duties also include leading the Confirmation Preparation Sessions for candidates and sponsors.  The Coordinator of Youth Ministry for St. Stephen, Martyr coordinates and leads a team of adults and youth leaders in preparing for their annual Confirmation Retreat.    This person will be working with an established parish team. Computer skills are necessary.
